<p><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:Papyrus">The China Exchange Initiative is
pleased to announce that Ms. Peihui Wang will become its Director on July 1,
2011.<span>  </span>For the past two and one half
years, Peihui has served as Deputy Director.<span> 
</span>She brings to this work insights and experience gained from her study of
intercultural leadership and management, more than fourteen years of teaching
experience—one of which as an exchange teacher—eight years of working in a
multinational U.S.-owned media corporation, and four years at CEI.<span>  </span>She has a deep personal and professional
understanding of intercultural transformational learning.<span>  </span>Her nonpareil capability and a fine team
insure that CEI will continue to create the highest quality of educational
exchange between people from China and the United States.</span></p>
